Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 — Age Limit
bbd11 services are only available to individuals aged 21 years and above. Registration by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited. bbd11 reserves the right to request age verification documents such as an identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and all account balances will be forfeited.
2.2 — Registration Information
Each user is required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering a bbd11 account. This includes full name, date of birth, identity card number, active email address and mobile phone number. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in account closure without compensation.
2.3 — One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active bbd11 account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
2.4 — Password Security
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. bbd11 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in maintaining password security. Any suspicion of unauthorised use must be reported to bbd11 customer support immediately.
Clause 3
Deposits, Bonuses and Withdrawals
bbd11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
Withdrawal Processing Time: All withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This period may vary depending on the payment service provider and bbd11's internal security verification requirements.
3.1 — Welcome Bonus
bbd11 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus funds is permitted. For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150 with a balance of RM250; the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
3.2 — Bonus Use
All bonuses credited to a bbd11 account are for wagering within the platform only and may not be transferred, sold or converted directly into cash. bbd11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if a user is found to have misused the bonus system or violated any provision of these Terms.
3.3 — Withdrawal Verification
All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). Users may be required to submit copies of identification documents, proof of ownership of the payment method, and other relevant information. bbd11 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
bbd11 users are required to behave responsibly and ethically while using this platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in severe penalties including account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

Liability Limits and Disclaimers
6.1 — Platform Responsibility Limits
bbd11 is not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, service disruption, or indirect damage experienced by users as a result of using this platform. All games and bets involve financial risk and users accept that risk fully and voluntarily.
6.2 — Technical Disruptions
In the event of technical disruptions, software faults, or internet connection issues during an active gaming session, bbd11 will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. However, bbd11 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
6.3 — Game Results
All game results on the bbd11 platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently verified and audited. Game results are final and cannot be disputed or reversed except in cases that are proven to involve a clear system fault.

Account Closure and Suspension
bbd11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or a self-exclusion request by the user themselves.

Clause 8
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the relevant licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on all parties.
The invalidity of any provision in these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force and effect.
